I am available for coaching sessions via zoom. In person sessions may be available depending on your location as well.
My approach to coaching is a very laid back and relaxed approach while gently helping you figure out how you’re feeling, what your goals may be, and helping you find more information on what you’re needing as well as holding you accountable while reaching those goals if you wish for me to be a part of that. Our sessions are all about you and what you want or don’t want. We can come up with a plan together and then I can help you implement that plan by meeting with you one time per week or once or twice a month. In between sessions, I’m available via text or email during regular business hours.
Our sessions will typically last 1 hour. I do offer mini sessions (15 to 30 minutes) as well as an intro into my coaching or as quick check ins in between sessions.
